* bootstrap (func_update_po): Update pofiles directly from the
translation project.
* po/LINGUAS, po/cs.po, po/de.po, po/el.po, po/fr.po, po/it.po,
po/ja.po, po/nl.po, po/pl.po, po/ru.po, po/sv.po: No need to store
these files under source control anymore.
