1 Say a (background) process is linked to libpwmd which and tries to open an
2 uncached file with PWMD_OPEN. gpg-agent doesn't have any idea what the tty is
3 and so neither will the pinentry program so there's no way to get the
4 password. libpwmd will then need a user lookup function to get the more recent
5 (idle time) tty for the same user as the socket name. If the user is not
6 logged in then the application is SOL.
