   1 Girocco "job daemon" - it can either be periodically ran from crontab
   2 (see jobs/README, fine for smaller sites) or running standalone;
   3 it does not communicate with the outer world and simply periodically
   4 performs various house-keeping tasks - repacking any repositories
   5 and updating mirrored repositories.
