   1 This is a video codec based on an integer wavelet in 3 dimensions (x,
   2 y, and time/frame). What documentation exists so far is on the
   3 vorbis-dev and (now) tarkin-dev mailing lists at xiph.org. Some brief
   4 documentation can be found in the w3d/docs directory.
