   1 This is release 20040309 of Wine, a free implementation of Windows on
   2 Unix.  This is still a developers only release.  There are many bugs
   3 and unimplemented features.  Most applications still do not work
   4 correctly.

   7         - Much improved winegcc tool, now used to build Wine itself.
   8         - VxDs are now separate libraries for better modularity.
