   1 This is release 971221 of Wine, the MS Windows emulator.  This is still a
   2 developer's only release.  There are many bugs and many unimplemented API
   3 features.  Most applications still do not work correctly.

   5 Patches should be submitted to "julliard@lrc.epfl.ch".  Please don't
   6 forget to include a ChangeLog entry.
