   1 In the Romanian MySpell affix-file (ro_RO.aff) I added diacriticals and capital
   2 letters in the TRY-line and sorted the letters by frequency.
   3 The Romanian  MySpell dictionary (ro_RO.dict) is derived from the
   4 Ispell dictionary created by Mihai Budiu (http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~mihaib).
   5 The Ispell dictionary is licensed under GPL, so the MySpell dictionary is
   6 also GPL.
