share/locale/README

   1 tools/ is imported from freebsd src/tools/tools/locale, and slightly modified
   2 for our needs. It contains tools to generate the locale input data that lives
   3 in the *def directories -- this data is not generated as part of the build, but
   4 rather stored in version control, so "tools" should not be included in  SUBDIR.
