svn: If a revision is assigned in the address, use that as the new revision.

In subversion it's not uncommon to use svn://svn.blah.org/svn/blah@(revision)
to state what revision is required for checking out. Use that as the newhash
so the ebuild isn't unecessarily updated when there's actually newer revisions
in the repository.
