This is a non-traditional linux console keyboard layout for cz/sk keymaps - it is essentially a us layout, however national diacritics characters are accessible over the capslock key - e.g. capslock+a == **. This means that you can actually code as you are used with this layout, and still write with diacritics when necessary without changing it.
This is KAM MFF fork by Petr Baudis and Martin Mares of the original 1997 release (by Martin Mares as well :-).
