  12     CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include" LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/lib" \

  18   If you have mysterious autoconf failures while linking openssl,
  19   consider setting your LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the openssl lib directory.
  20   For example, "setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH /usr/athena/lib".
