1 o Minor bugfixes (client):
2 - Turn all TestingClientBootstrap* into non-testing torrc options. This
3 changes simply renames them by removing "Testing" in front of them and
4 they do not require TestingTorNetwork to be enabled anymore. Fixes
5 bug 18481; bugfix on 0.2.8.1-alpha.
