1 o Minor bugfixes (relay, statistics):
2 - The connection statistics were wrongly exported in the extrainfo document
3 due to a problem in the file loading function which would wrongly truncate
4 the file reporting the wrong information. It is now fixed. Fixes bug
5 40226; bugfix on 0.4.5.1-alpha.
