   1   o Minor features (onion services):
   2     - Version 3 onion services can now use the per-service
   3       HiddenServiceExportCircuitID option to differentiate client circuits by
   4       using the HAProxy proxy protocol which assigns IP addresses to inbound client
   5       circuits. Closes ticket 4700. Patch by Mahrud Sayrafi.
