101 circuit wants uptime or capacity. They asked for the nodes, they
103 - chdir() to your datadirectory at the *end* of the daemonize process,
104 not the beginning. This was a problem because the first time you
105 run tor, if your datadir isn't there, and you have runasdaemon set
106 to 1, it will try to chdir to it before it tries to create it. Oops.
107 - Handle changed router status correctly when dirserver reloads
108 fingerprint file. We used to be dropping all unverified descriptors
109 right then. The bug was hidden because we would immediately

533 o Bugfixes on 0.0.8.1 (Path selection and streams):
534 - Calculate timeout for waiting for a connected cell from the time
535 we sent the begin cell, not from the time the stream started. If
536 it took a long time to establish the circuit, we would time out

538 - Fix router_compare_addr_to_addr_policy: it was not treating a port

555 - Finally fix a bug that's been plaguing us for a year:
556 With high load, circuit package window was reaching 0. Whenever
557 we got a circuit-level sendme, we were reading a lot on each
558 socket, but only writing out a bit. So we would eventually reach
559 eof. This would be noticed and acted on even when there were still
560 bytes sitting in the inbuf.
561 - Use identity comparison, not nickname comparison, to choose which
562 half of circuit-ID-space each side gets to use. This is needed
563 because sometimes we think of a router as a nickname, and sometimes
564 as a hex ID, and we can't predict what the other side will do.

567 - Fix a whole slew of memory leaks.
