   5 - Fixes to make install work on RedHat 5.2

   7 Changes submitted this submission:
   8 - Fixed the cgi/Makefile.in to include the -lm
   9   option so that floor() is included on RH5.2
  10   Also the tabs were missing (my fault).
  11 - Modified the apcupsd.in file in the RedHat
  12   distributions directory to detect whether or
  13   not it is running on RedHat 5.2. If so, it does
  14   not call the success or fail routines that were
  15   added in RedHat 6.0
  16 - Use the correct directory for apccontrol
  17 - Modified all the halt files to call apccontrol
  18   instead of /sbin/powersc
