  42 <b>apcupsd</b> has two email lists which are described below with
  43 links to subscribe, unsubscribe, or modify your account. You must
  44 be subscribed to send email to these lists.
  45 <h2>apcupsd-announce</h2>
  46 The <b>apcupsd-announce</b> list is a low volume list for those
  47 users who wish to be notified when there are important events
  48 (important bugs, new releases, ...). We recommend that all
  49 users subscribe to this list. Do so by following the instructions at

  52 The same link can be used to modify your preferences or unsubscribe

  54 <p>It is also possible to get email notification whenever a new package
  55 is released on SourceForge. This is accomplished by going to
  56 the <a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/apcupsd">Apcupsd SourceForge
  57 Project</a> page and clicking on the little letter or mail icon
  58 <img src="mail16d.png" alt="" width="15" height="15"> under the heading <b>Monitor</b> in the
  59 row corresponding to the package you want to monitor.
  60 <h2>apcupsd-users</h2>
  61 The <b>apcupsd-users</b> list is the general forum to ask questions
  62 about Apcupsd or respond to questions from other users. The volume on
  63 this list is generally light, but can vary. All users are encouraged
  64 to subscribe and to participate. <b>To elimate list SPAM, anyone
  65 wishing to send a message to this list must be subscribed</b>, which
