Materials (mainly, in Russian) concerning the “Sokolniki case” (violence of militia against young people in Sokolniki, Moscow, 4.4.2008) and opposing the persecution of one of the beaten young men—Vsevolod Ostapov—with made-up charges (attack on a militia-man).
The site is in an initial state and was supposed to be powered by ikiwiki and stored in Git.
You should work with the content under the terms of CC-BY-SA-3.0.
There is a mirror at Gitorious (with a different web-interface).
