fixup_kernel.sh: update to use hashed file names
Smatch now uses hashes instead of filenames so fixup_kernel.sh has to be
updated.
The one thing that I didn't update is the rtlwifi hack. It's kind of ugly
but it should still work... Probably there is a better way to clean this
up.
