avl: introduce FOR_EACH_MY_SM() and callers
I don't like get_all_states_stree() because it does an stree clone. We
could save time by using the cur_stree directly.
We save time "in theory" at least... I real life these mostly are called
for returns so I'm not sure how much difference it makes.
