Add a new request `sizes' similar to the `sizes' command in DESC
files.
* src/roff/troff/env.cc (override_sizes): New function.
(init_env_requests): Use it.
* src/roff/troff/token.h: Export `read_string'.
* NEWS, man/groff_diff.man, man/groff.man: Document it.
* doc/groff.texinfo: More fixes for texinfo 4.1 and higher.
