Rewrote the "target" attribute. GET, STORE, DELETE and ATTR now
support it unless the element path is prefixed with a '!'. The LIST
command doesn't anymore.
Removed EPWMD_ROOT_TEXT_ELEMENT. STORE will return
EPWMD_COMMAND_SYNTAX instead.
