   6 It comes off, I realize, as elitistry and snobbistry, but it is,
   7 in reality, good ol’-fashioned honestry.  We get such pretension,
   8 ostentation shoved down our thirsty throats, dawn to dusk by
   9 marketers and adverts, and PR’s brazen boasts, that oft I find it
  10 stifling, a stench of stagnant shit and piss;  and so to whiff a
  11 fresher air, I call it what it is.  Every god and reader knows
  12 there’s nothing wrong with prose, yet a sentence broken in the
  13 midst is only poetic from a distance;  and have it ne’er a music,
  14 metre, rhyme:  your “poem” isn’t worth my time.
