Added OSYNC_TEST_EXPORT to export symbols in test mode - required for windows port

The documentation in this directory is generated from comments in the source.

To generate it go one directory up and run: "doxygen Doxyfile". This will generate a "html"
directory in here.

after this use your favorite browser and go to "docs/html/index.html"
