already cloned locally, you can use
git clone --reference /path/to/your/nslu2-linux.git/incarnation mirror_URLto save bandwidth during cloning.

This repository holds the current set of ixp4xx kernel patches supported by the nslu2-linux project.
NOTE: This repository is still under creation, so you should expect severe history-changing events as we sort out the transition from SVN to Git.
