1 SUN INDUSTRY STANDARDS SOURCE LICENSE
7 1.1 Commercial Use means distribution or otherwise making the Original

54 1.13 Standards means the standards identified in Exhibit B.

58 future version of this License issued under Section 6.1. For legal

65 2.0 SOURCE CODE LICENSE

231 1.0 Requirements for project Standards. The requirements for project
232 Standards are version-dependent and are defined at:
233 gridengine.sunsource.net/standards.html.
234 2.0 Additional requirements. The additional requirements pursuant to
235 Section 3.1 are defined as:
237 2.1 Naming Conventions. If any of your Modifications do not meet the
238 requirements of the Standard, then you must change the product name so
239 that Grid Engine, gridengine, gridengine.sunsource, and similar naming
240 conventions are not used.
242 2.2 Compliance Claims. If any of your Modifications do not meet the
243 requirements of the Standards you may not claim, directly or
244 indirectly, that your implementation of the Standards is compliant.
