   5 PREAMBLE
   6 The goals of the Open Font License (OFL) are to stimulate worldwide
   7 development of cooperative font projects, to support the font creation
   8 efforts of academic and linguistic communities, and to provide an open
   9 framework in which fonts may be shared and improved in partnership with
  10 others.

  12 The OFL allows the licensed fonts to be used, studied, modified and
  13 redistributed freely as long as they are not sold by themselves. The
  14 fonts, including any derivative works, can be bundled, embedded,
  15 redistributed and sold with any software provided that the font
  16 names of derivative works are changed. The fonts and derivatives,
  17 however, cannot be released under any other type of license.

  19 DEFINITIONS
  20 "Font Software" refers to any and all of the following:
  21         - font files
  22         - data files
  23         - source code
  24         - build scripts
  25         - documentation

  27 "Reserved Font Name" refers to the Font Software name as seen by
  28 users and any other names as specified after the copyright statement.

  30 "Standard Version" refers to the collection of Font Software
  31 components as distributed by the Copyright Holder.

  33 "Modified Version" refers to any derivative font software made by
  34 adding to, deleting, or substituting -- in part or in whole --
  35 any of the components of the Standard Version, by changing formats
  36 or by porting the Font Software to a new environment.

  38 "Author" refers to any designer, engineer, programmer, technical
  39 writer or other person who contributed to the Font Software.

  41 PERMISSION & CONDITIONS
  42 Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining
  43 a copy of the Font Software, to use, study, copy, merge, embed, modify,
  44 redistribute, and sell modified and unmodified copies of the Font
  45 Software, subject to the following conditions:

  47 1) Neither the Font Software nor any of its individual components,
  48 in Standard or Modified Versions, may be sold by itself.

  50 2) Standard or Modified Versions of the Font Software may be bundled,
  51 redistributed and sold with any software, provided that each copy

  53 included either as stand-alone text files, human-readable headers or

  71 must be distributed using this license, and may not be distributed

  75 This license becomes null and void if any of the above conditions are
