   1 When you commit a translation, please strip the #: lines before. This
   2 makes it much easier to view diffs. Example:

   8 Some of the translatable strings are special. They start with one of the
   9 following prefixes to distinguish them from the usual translations.

  12         These strings are used in the button bar at the bottom of the
  13         screen. Only the first six characters will be shown.
