  31 \fBgroupdel\fR \fIgroup\fR
  32 .SH DESCRIPTION
  33 The \fBgroupdel\fR command modifies the system account files, deleting
  34 all entries that refer to \fIgroup\fR.
  35 The named group must exist.

  37 You must manually check all filesystems to insure that no files remain
  38 with the named group as the file group ID.

  40 You may not remove the primary group of any existing user.
  41 You must remove the user before you remove the group.
