maint: autogenerate THANKS.
More automation == less time wasted on menial tasks.
* build-aux/thanks-gen: script inspired by coreutils.
* Makefile.am (THANKS): Based on rule from coreutils/Makefile.am.
* NO-THANKS: New file. Configure thanks-gen output.
* THANKS: Remove.
