   1         Building libpng-1.6.21 as part of the TL tree

   4 This directory libs/libpng/ uses a proxy Makefile.am to build the libpng library
   5 from the unmodified (*) source tree in libs/libpng/libpng-src/, bypassing
   6 the original build system.

   8 (*) The directory libpng-src-PATCHES contains patches (if any) applied to
   9 the original source tree.

  11 As far as applicable, the tests in libs/libpng-src/configure.ac have been
  12 copied to libs/libpng/configure.ac.
