  31         OCR is the new feature for megaraid_sas driver which
  32         will allow the fw to do the chip reset which will not
  33         affact the OS behavious.

  36                 a). reset the controller chips -- Xscale and Gen2 which
  37                 will change the function calls and add the reset function
  38                 related to this two chips.

  40                 b). during the reset, driver will store the pending cmds
  41                 which not returned by FW to driver's pending queue.  Driver
  42                 will re-issue those pending cmds again to FW after the OCR
  43                 finished.

  45                 c). In driver's timeout routine, driver will report to
  46                 OS as reset. Also driver's queue routine will block the
  47                 cmds until the OCR finished.

  49                 d). in Driver's ISR routine, if driver get the FW state as
