   5 Libidn is a package for internationalized string handling based on the
   6 Stringprep, Punycode, IDNA and TLD specifications.  Libidn itself is
   7 licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License license, see
   8 COPYING.LIB, and the command line interface to the library is licensed
   9 under the GNU General Public License.  See INSTALL for installation
  10 instructions, and doc/libidn.* for the manual in various formats
  11 (including Info, HTML, PostScript, and PDF).
