Extended BibleGateway integration, now loads chapters
uses kde dom so that it is flexible around invalid xml
default bible is now a placemarker so that we don't do so much unecessary downloading
no bible details (publisher, copyright etc) obtained yet
verse ranges not implemented for bible gateway
