Update unifont to the latest version (5.1.20080820). This one has the filler glyphs for undefined characters, surrogates and private use area stripped from the version at unifoundry.com/unifont.html in order to save space. It covers the whole unicode 5.1 basic multilingual plane (53388 glyphs). Fixes FS #9241.
