manywarnings: remove -Wchkp and -Wabi from C++ too

At some point somebody should merge the many other manywarnings-c.m4
changes into manywarnings-c++.m4 too, e.g.,

* m4/manywarnings-c++.m4 (gl_MANYWARN_ALL_GCC_CXX_IMPL):
Remove -Wchkp, -Wabi.
