ssfmalloc tests: Small tweaks.
* tests/test-ssfmalloc.c: Add comments.
(alloc_pages): Don't require PROT_EXEC bits.
(block_sizes): Add more small sizes, for better coverage of
ssfmalloc-bitmap.h.
