revision.c: introduce --cherry-mark
for marking those commits which "--cherry-pick" would drop.
The marker for those commits is '=' because '-' denotes a boundary
commit already, even though 'git cherry' uses it.
Nonequivalent commits are denoted '+' unless '--left-right' is used.
