   1 tag.forceSignAnnotated::
   2         A boolean to specify whether annotated tags created should be GPG signed.
   3         If `--annotate` is specified on the command line, it takes
   4         precedence over this option.

   6 tag.sort::
   7         This variable controls the sort ordering of tags when displayed by
   8         linkgit:git-tag[1]. Without the "--sort=<value>" option provided, the
   9         value of this variable will be used as the default.

  11 tar.umask::
  12         This variable can be used to restrict the permission bits of
  13         tar archive entries.  The default is 0002, which turns off the
  14         world write bit.  The special value "user" indicates that the
  15         archiving user's umask will be used instead.  See umask(2) and
  16         linkgit:git-archive[1].
