  convenient when dropping  filenames onto a command-line. Drag with the `Alt`-modifier
  held down to drag-and-drop filenames for command-line use. Using the `Alt` modifier
  omits URLs so that the drag-and-drop payload includes only space-delimited,

* The build system is now Python3-only and has been modernized for PEP-517/518.
  While Git Cola still builds and runs under Python2, it is no longer officially
  supported and may stop working in a future release without notice.

  `git cola` previously supported *PyQt4* only, but will now use whichever
