Revert "gc.sh: add cmbnpcks-* crud removal"
Revert commits ead4b9c249023bf2 and 1fe4f8adc6c3141c since they've
never actually been effective due to an insidious combination of
conflicts between the previous items being files and the new item
being a dir.
Instead it will be handled separately in the future.
