9 PCB is an interactive printed circuit board editor for Unix, Linux,
10 Windows, and Mac systems.
13 PCB includes a rats nest feature and schematic/netlist import,
14 design rule checking, and can provide industry standard RS-
274X
15 (Gerber), NC drill, and centroid data (X-Y data) output for use in
16 the board fabrication and assembly process, as well as
17 photorealistic and design review images.
20 PCB offers high end features such as an autorouter and trace
21 optimizer which can tremendously reduce layout time.
24 For custom requirements, PCB offers a plug-in API for inserting
25 new functionality and using that functionality from within the GUI
26 as well as in scripts.
