   4 usermenu - cvs branch where Dan is working on allowing the gtk HID
   5            to load its menus from a menu resource file like the lesstif
   6            HID.  No guarantees that this branch will even build, much less
   7            function.  Feel free to try it out, but wait until it is merged
   8            back to the trunk before using it for any serious work.
