1 To build Gambit-C on MacOS X and Windows, from the root directory
2 enter the command:

4   make prebuilt

6 This will create gambc-<version>-macosx-<cpu-type>.dmg and
7 gambc-<version>-windows-<compiler>.exe in the root directory.
