Renamed ambiguous files/directories
Upstream uses file/directory names which only distinguish through case.
On systems like Mac OS X (or Windows in the future), where the file
system is only case-preserving, this leads to huge problems.
The strategy was to rename one of the files/directories by appending an
underscore (_) to the file name (i.e. before the extension).
