(ess-find-exec): Remove explicit loop counter (i) and
rewrite while loop.
(ess-find-exec-completions): Remove explicit loop counters (i,j) and
rewrite while loops. Add test to check that a directory on
exec-path is not "" (which signifies current working directory) as
that confuses tramp.
