   4     This directory contains a selected set of files from the ISC
   5     bind-9.3.4.tar.gz distribution.  No files have been moved
   6     or modified from their extracted position.

  15     HIERARCHY REPRESENTS AN EXACT COPY, MINUS UNNEEDED FILES, OF THE
  16     ORIGINAL ARCHIVE.  All modifications are made in the
  17     DragonFly build wrapper, in:

  26     The only additional files added to this directory are README.DRAGONFLY
  27     and README.DELETED.

  29     UPGRADE PROCEDURE:

  31         * download a new bind distribution

  33         * extract the archive into /usr/src/contrib, using the subdirectory
  34           that the archive extracts as.

  36         * redirect the build directory to the new directory:

  38           /usr/src/usr.sbin/named/Makefile.inc
  39           /usr/src/lib/libbind/Makefile
  40           /usr/src/lib/libisc/Makefile

  42         * remove files that are not used (or run a build and figure out
  43           what files are not used and remove them).

  45         * Add the remainder to CVS.

  47         * Once the new archive is in place, the old one can be physically
  48           removed from the DragonFly CVS repository.  The CVS meister would
  49           have to do the physical removal.
