  64 Previously, this command was used to manipulate prefixes separately
  65 from interface identifiers, intending to be used for prefix
  66 renumbering.
  67 However, it had been known that the manipulation mechanism was not
  68 friendly with traditional address management engine in the kernel.
  69 Thus, the KAME developers decided to invalidate the prefix
  70 manipulation mechanism, and to clarify the entire address/prefix
  71 manipulation in February 2001.
