  24 utility is a daemon that is used for storing the
  25 private encryption keys of each
  26 user logged into the system.
  27 These encryption keys are used for accessing
  28 secure network services such as secure

  33 when the daemon is started.
  34 This is useful during power-fail reboots
  35 when no one is around to type a password.
