7 diagrams. Its interface and features are loosely patterned after

8 the Windows program Visio. Features of Dia include multiple-page printing,

9 export to many formats (EPS, SVG, CGM and PNG), and the ability

10 to use custom shapes created by the user as simple XML descriptions.

11 <application>Dia</application> is useful for drawing UML diagrams, network

12 maps, and flowcharts.
